Ram Breaks Record with 2015 Ram Truck Parade

Ram Parada Breaks Record - Ram Dealer NY - Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Ram announced that they wanted to break some records to coincide with the Academy of Country Music.  That record being the largest parade of Ram trucks.  They put out the call and needed 451 truck drivers to show up.  And show up they did, helping Ram to break the record.

“Our hard-working Ram truck owners are passionate and loyal, and today they proved once again that everything is always bigger in Texas,” said Roberto Hegbloom, The President and CEO of Ram Truck Brand.

The drivers who signed up to participate in the event weren’t there just to break records.  As a thank-you for those who helped the truck company break the record, they were given numerous treats.  They were fed and given the chance to see the Raminator monster truck as well as the driver.  Also included in the ticket price for the parade was an invite to the ACM Party for a Cause Festival where they could enjoy live music.

“Ram is the fastest growing truck brand in Texas, where trucks are king, and it was great to see 451 Ram owners travel far and wide for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of a special recording-breaking rally and pickup parade.”

Wonder how many trucks Ram will want to have next year to break the record.  A part of me hopes they simply raise it by one truck every year.

Ram Offers ACM Experience for Country Music Fans

Ram climbing hill

Ram fans and country music fans have always had a connection.  One just can’t help but love the other it seems.  Ram knows this, that’s why they devoted their resources into putting together a country music celebration which had each entertainer drive a Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn for an entire year before putting it up for auction with the proceeds going to charity.  The truck company decided that wasn’t enough and put up a special treat for people in attendance of the American Country Music Awards.

The event was dubbed the ‘ACM Experience’ and offered a rare experience.  Fans got into a 2013 Ram 1500 and went up a 30-degree drive up a 13 foot hill.  That’s not all; the course was filled with different challenges to drive over, such as a bed of railroad ties.

The people who took a ride also were registered for a chance to win $45,000 towards a Chrysler Group vehicle and free tickets to two weekend concerts.
